I've found a birth place of my own, a city that shines for God alone,
There's no looking back to where I’ve been.
I'm homeward bound for New Jerusalem.
It's a city worth searching for. Silver linings on heaven's shore.
& Look’ my savior at the door...take his hand...and live forever more!
Like Abraham and patriarchs of old,
Whose eyes of faith saw treasures past earth's gold.
To a city so lovely to behold'
Come with them... To New Jerusalem,
It's a city worth the wait.
No more suffering, no sorrow...no hate.
& Look! The one whose blood sealed you fate.
Jesus throws open heaven's gates.
Yes. We've found a birthplace of our own.
A city that shines for God alone.
It won't be long and we'll be going home.
To a world with out end.................. New Jerusalem.
Come with me...come with them! The saints of old, to New Jerusalem!

Once you've seen Him, ................ There will be sunshine in every rain.

Once you take His hand................  Your course will never ever be the same.

Once in His Grace..................................  You've gained a love that will endure

And at the end.......................a new beginning. 

 A resting place so secure. 

Once is all it takes. There's no turning back for me!

The Light. The Truth. The Way Has given me brighter days. 

My hope is heavenly!

Once you've known Him. .............Pain ebbs when the Water of Life comes.

Once you've felt His strength,   Fears gone, there's nothing left to hide from

Once you've touched heaven,.................Darkness has no hold on you.

And at His side, you are your best..............Blessings will come true!
